Cancellation &
Refund Policy

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Manage billing link in your Federal Rules Explorer account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access continues through the end of the subscription term already paid for and then ends automatically.

No refunds

All subscription payments are final and nonrefundable. Canceling a subscription does not produce a full or partial refund or credit for the current paid term. Exceptions are limited to circumstances required by applicable law or a confirmed duplicate or erroneous charge.

Payment problems

If a renewal payment fails, access may continue during the seven-day payment-retry period. Access is paused if payment remains unsuccessful after that period and may be restored when payment is completed.
